MAXIMIZING NATURAL ABILITY
Riley Cote knows what it takes. Battling his way up the PRO ranks with his fearless attitude, hard work and intense training earned him the opportunity to play in the NHL. Practice doesn’t make perfect, but always practicing and training hard gives you a chance to maximize your God given ability.
Cote understands the many dimensions of what it takes to become an NHL hockey player. Raw skill eventually maxes out and and that extra drive is needed. The proper hockey specific on & off ice training, combined with Fueling your body with nutrient rich whole foods is critical in maximizing potential. To play at a high level practicing & training at a high level is essential. High Performance Hockey runs week long developmental camps and offers private lessons and clinics through out the summer months.
Skating is the foundation of hockey and we at High Performance Hockey value the importance of this skill. Slava Kouznetsov has been the skating coach for Philadelphia Flyers and Adirondack/Lehigh Valley Phantoms for the last 8 seasons, and he continues to bring his expertise to HPH. Slava has coached the foundation of skating from minor hockey to the NHL level for over 10 years. He has been a personal skating coach for several Pro Players inlcuding Riley Cote, Oscars Bartulis, Denis Seidenberg, Freddy Meyer and more.
