SKATING IS THE FOUNDATION OF HOCKEY
High Performance Hockey is happy to announce the return of Slava Kouznetsov, the skating coach for The Philadelphia Flyers and Lehigh Valley Phantoms. We believe if you want to become a great hockey player, great skating skills is the main ingredient to becoming the best you can be. Breaking bad skating habits and creating a solid skating foundation is necessary before attempting to improve all other hockey skills. If you can’t skate you can’t play hockey. It’s plain and simple.
